Payment
Most of our clients prefer SWIFT transfer for the payments. We provide all details of our bank account in the proforma invoices. Additionally, for the clients, who want make payment by credit card, we provide payment request and send a link via Payoneer. By creating an account on Payoneer, you may make payment by credit card or local transfers. Regarding the restrictions of some countries or special situations, we are able to offer alternative payment options in consultation with our customers.

Shipping
Nordmac offers competitive express shipping rates thanks to its exclusive agreement with DHL and CDEK. We recommend our customers to use express shipping for shipments between 0-60kg. Express shipments usually receive within 4-6 days after dispatched. It is very useful in terms of speed and price. For heavier or bigger shipments we check best options with our forwarders as air cargo, truck or seaway. Additionally, our customers can organize their own shipment as EXW or FOB.

How to make order?
Firstly you should contact with our sales team via e-mail, phone or the contact page. Send your inquires to us. After creating your company record, we set a proforma invoice including all details such as prices, availability, freight charges, payment term, HS codes, etc. for you. If you confirm the order, please let us know. Regarding the products in stock, we usually dispatch orders the next day after receiving payment.
